Our opportunity
Unique opportunity for a Site Supervisor - Services to join our high performing project team delivering our landmark 55 Pitt Street premium commercial and retail tower in the heart of the Circular Quay precinct. Contributing to the revitalisation of Circular Quay, 55 Pitt stands to offer a new experience and world-class amenity for workers and visitors alike.
As Site Supervisor - Services, you will take ownership of the delivery of subcontractor trade requirements on all services aspects of the build, ensuring works are completed within time, cost and quality obligations. You will assist the Project Manager in establishing a cohesive and focused project team and contribute to it in a supportive and productive manner.
Your point of difference
· Trade background and relevant qualification
- Must have recent experience as a Senior Site Supervisor or Site Supervisor in building services on multi-story residential and or commercial projects
- Experience with safety requirements and supporting crews with health and safety processes
· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
· Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
