Administration Support
Are you looking for a fast-paced and rewarding administration support role? Wanslea has an exciting opportunity available to provide administrative assistance within the Community Services Home Stretch team. This position, based in our Rockingham or Mandurah office and involves supporting the team in their work with young people, helping to foster their independence and recognize their lived experiences through efficient administrative tasks.

About you
We are looking for a professional, positive and energetic individual with extensive experience in administration support and managing a high intake of calls whilst maintaining a high-quality service.
You will also need to:
- Hold a Cert III in Business and Administration or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate experience managing high volume phone calls with a strong customer service focus
- Proven organisational and time management skills with capacity to be flexible and adaptive to changing workplace requirements
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in providing high level customer service
- High level verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Current Working with Children Card
- Current satisfactory National Police Clearance
- Current WA ‘C’ Class driver’s licence
The Role
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls and scheduling of appointments
- Provide high level administrative support to the Home Stretch team to ensure provision of a quality service
- Provide high level customer service via phone, face to face and email
- Actively contribute to the achievement of the goals in Wanslea’s Strategic Plan and the overall objectives of the organisation
- Coordinate events including bookings, recording attendances, catering, preparation of materials and charges
