Your Role
B&D Group is the market leader in garage doors and automation technology. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and strengthening B&D Group’s market presence.
As a Sales Executive, you will be accountable for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers. You will innovate with customers, challenging the status quo and establish needs for additional products/services.
With our full support and training, you will become a trusted advisor, leveraging a structured sales approach to challenge, guide, and empower customers toward profitable success. Every interaction will be an opportunity to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a passion for helping businesses thrive.
Additionally, you will collaborate with our top independent and prefab partners across WA, with regional travel required once or twice per quarter, typically for a few days.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance profitability and drive business growth
- Identify new opportunities, maintain a thriving sales pipeline, and expand market reach
- Empower customers with training and guidance to elevate their success
- Drive new business while coaching showroom consultants to maximize sales performance
- Achieve sales targets, exceed financial goals, and ensure a safe, compliant work environment

Skills & Experience
- Positive and motivated mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
- Demonstrated experience in coaching
- Effective customer relationship management skills and the ability to build strong rapport
- Resilient, with adept problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a high level of business acumen
- Computer and technology-savvy, with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP, and Salesforce, all of which will be highly advantageous
