THE OPPORTUNITY
Fixed-term (2 years) | Part-time (2 days per week)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll ensure the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, support month-end processes and assist with payroll. Some key responsibilities include:
- Timely processing of accounts payable (with some receivables)
- Processing of accounts receivables
- Assisting with fortnightly Payroll processing
- Reconciling bank accounts, credit accounts, and corporate cards
ABOUT YOU
- A degree in Accounting or a related field (highly advantageous)
- At least two years experience in a Finance or accounts role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an approachable nature
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of reconciliations and accounting principles
- A love for improving systems and processes
- Available to work from our South Brisbane office
