About the Role
We’re looking for a Casual CX Representative to join our team at Arana Hills Aquatic Achievers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for families visiting our centre. As a frontline team member, you’ll work across multiple touchpoints, from handling bookings to assisting customers on the pool deck. This casual role offers 6–12 hours per week, with shifts available across afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Days & Shift Requirements:
Hours per week: Minimum 6–12 hours
Days Available: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (or) Saturday
Shift Times:
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Evening: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Proactively engage with families, resolving concerns and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage bookings, answer queries, and support retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow organisational service protocols.
- Rove throughout the centre, including the pool deck, to provide on-the-spot support.
- Uphold a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and adherence to service standards.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus but not essential.
- CPR certification and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) are required prior to start date
