You’re unique, and we value that. As a Marketing Specialist with a Digital focus, we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:
- Plan and execute organic and paid social, search and web campaigns, including keywording and SEM/SEO.
- Collect and analyse data to support changes and updates to ongoing campaigns, and to inform future decision making.
- Utilise technical and analytical expertise to regularly assess BPS’ digital marketing initiatives to improve on metrics and capitalise on opportunities.
- Collate and organise data for inclusion in quarterly reporting.
- Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness to ensure that the content and messaging adheres to BPS’ wider marketing strategy.
- Source and liaise with external agency support where necessary to supplement internal digital marketing efforts.

- A proven ability to actively promote and role model BPS’ values.
- Experience interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a closely aligned functional role in a similar environment to BPS.
- Completed a tertiary qualification in a related discipline or share an interest in progressing their learning and development.
- Strong self-organisation and time management skills, and the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to work flexibly and able to quickly adjust in response to changing circumstances.
- Solid communication skills, encouraging idea sharing and actively contributing to team morale.
