What You’ll Be Doing – Your Impact Starts Here!
- Be a People Team Go-To – Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees, helping them navigate all things people-related.
- Fuel Career Growth – Support talent acquisition, career development, and performance management to help our team shine.
- Create an Unforgettable Onboarding Experience – Welcome new hires, ensuring they’re set up for success from day one with training and support.
- Champion Culture & Wellbeing – Drive initiatives that champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing, making our workplace even better.
- Turn Data into Action – Assist with HR reporting and insights to make smarter, people-focused decisions.
- Be the HR Compliance Guru – Stay on top of legislative changes, manage WGEA, Health & Safety reporting, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Own the Employee Lifecycle – From onboarding to offboarding, you’ll ensure a seamless experience at every stage.
- Support HR Projects – Support policy updates, system improvements, and innovative HR initiatives that keep us ahead of the game.
- Level Up Learning & Development – Coordinate training, development, and reward frameworks to drive high performance and career growth.
What We’re Looking For
- HR Rockstar – You’ve got at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, creative, or agency environment and thrive in the buzz of it all.
- HR Know-How – A solid and current understanding of employment law and HR best practices (because you’re the go-to guru!).
- People-First Mindset – You’re all about creating meaningful connections and finding solutions that put people first.
- Organisation/Prioritisation Know-how – You have both a natural and proven ability to multi-task, handle a busy day and re-priortise your to-do list. You act proactively and are highly responsive when something needs to happen!
- Master Communicator (both written and in-person) – Whether it’s advising leaders or supporting employees, you know how to build trust and keep things running smoothly.
- Tech-Savvy – You’re comfortable using Google Suite, Culture Amp, and Employment Hero (or ready to learn!).
- Culture Champion – Passionate about fostering an inclusive, engaging, and inspiring workplace where everyone can thrive.
