DescriptionWe currently have an opportunity for a Training designer . Join our Change Management team and play a key role in designing, developing and coordinating the execution of the self-service upskilling to help to help system end- users transition to a new user interface in conjunction with their corresponding processes. Reporting to Change Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
This is a 12-months contract position for a qualified Designer to demonstrate their systems and processes experience for an established 20-million-dollar program.

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Develop innovative learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive business success.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to create high-quality, impactful training materials.
- Leverage e-learning platforms, interactive content, and blended learning strategies to engage learners.
- Assess learning outcomes and continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent extensive experience) in information technology, computer science, training design, business or related discipline.
- Experience working or large-scale UL overhauls, SaaS platform rollouts, or enterprise system migrations.
- Experience in developing and co-ordinating training programs for software applications.
- Proficiency in creating interactive training content using tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia or WalkMe.
- Experience in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing business needs.
