The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team here with us in Karratha in a residential role or on a FIFO basis on a 2:1 roster.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Civil Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of workers and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
As a Civil Project Supervisor, you will work closely with our clients and subcontractors to oversee and lead our Civils and Earthmoving crews on our projects, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all civil construction projects within the organization
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage a team of workers and ensure that all safety protocols are followed
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Provide regular project updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
