We’re hiring for an IT Support Specialist , who’ll be based at our 40-hectare processing site in Cannon Hill.
Position Summary
This is physical ‘hands-on’ role, requiring the incumbent to work within the operating areas and/or areas needing data cabling or other hardware installs as well as attending general IT service calls.
The incumbent will provide high-level technical support and guidance to the organisation by performing Level 2 and Level 3 service desk tasks. This role involves diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, managing IT incidents and requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. This role includes being involved in and owning project work to uplift IT services. The IT Support Specialist will also mentor and support junior IT staff, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the IT Service Desk.
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of certificate courses/programs in IT Systems or directly related fields.
- Extensive experience in IT support, with strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and the M365 administration suite.
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and administration.
