ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an energetic ambassador for L’Occitane who has a passion for beauty, delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team.

The successful applicant will have strong managerial skills, the ability to effectively run the daily operations of the boutique/s, VIP, eventing and clientelling experience, particularly in skincare and the passion required to inspire the teams to achieve set KPI’s and budgets.

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position on a rotating roster, at 38 hour a week, where you will be expected to work at least one weekend every fortnight.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years retail management experience
  • A strong business acumen to work to budgets, create weekly rosters and analyse reports based on KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience with managing across multiple boutiques is desirable
  • Ability to achieve and exceed targets and set objectives at a boutique level and across the region
  • Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Team management and team development experience– the ability to lead and coach teams to success
