About the Centre
Brunswick Baths is part of Active Merri-bek, proudly owned by the City of Merri-bek and managed by YMCA Victoria. We offer a range of fitness and aquatic programs designed to help you stay active and healthy. Whether you're working out in our gym, joining a group fitness class, or training with a personal trainer, we have something to suit all fitness levels. Our indoor and outdoor heated pools cater to lap swimmers, water play enthusiasts, and those looking for swimming lessons. As a Watch Around Water accredited facility with Platinum Pool status from Life Saving Victoria, we prioritise safety in and around the water.
About the Role
As our Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading Pilates classes and coaching a wide range of clients. You must have exceptional communication skills to effectively inform and demonstrate the benefits of participating in our classes. You must also be organised to ensure that our classes run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a casual position, with an hourly rate of $65.64 + super.
About You
As our Reformer Pilates Instructor you will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness. You will possess exceptional communication skills and can effectively motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. You will have a deep understanding of various training styles and methods, and can cater to the needs of a wide range of clients during our classes.
Our ideal candidate is also highly organised, able to manage their time effectively, and can ensure the smooth running of our classes. Above all, you will be a team player who can bring your own positive energy and enthusiasm to our team!
Essential Qualifications
- Reformer Pilates Certification
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
