Position Overview As a Cleaning Team Member at Amaze Clean, you will play a vital role in delivering meticulous and luxurious cleaning services to our residential clients. This position requires a keen eye for detail, reliability, and a commitment to providing an exceptional cleaning experience. Key Responsibilities General Cleaning Duties Follow personalised cleaning checklists tailored to each client’s needs. Use appropriate cleaning methods, tools, and products to achieve pristine results. Ensure all tasks are completed to Amaze Clean’s high standards of excellence. Kitchen Cleaning Wipe down and sanitize countertops, backsplash, and kitchen surfaces. Clean exterior surfaces of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers. Scrub sinks and polish fixtures to a sparkling finish. Wipe cabinet exteriors and handles. Sweep and mop floors, ensuring a thorough and streak-free finish. Take out the trash and replace liners. Bathroom Cleaning Scrub and sanitize sinks, bathtubs, showers, and toilets. Polish mirrors and glass surfaces for a spotless shine. Wipe and disinfect countertops, faucets, and other high-touch areas. Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and other essentials if required. Sweep and mop floors, ensuring all corners are dirt-free. Remove trash and replace liners. Living Areas & Bedrooms Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, picture frames, and décor. Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture, removing pet hair and debris. Sweep and mop hard floors, leaving them clean and polished. Make beds and arrange pillows neatly. Wipe down baseboards and door frames for a detailed, polished look. Spot clean walls, doors, and light switches. Additional Duties Follow any special client requests as outlined in cleaning instructions. Notify management of any damages, maintenance issues, or supply shortages. Maintain and properly store cleaning supplies and equipment after each job. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Remuneration & Benefits: Casual basis with flexible working hours – generally between 8:30am – 3pm Weekday pay: $31.21 per hour. Saturday pay: $43.70 per hour. Paid travel time between jobs at $31.21 per hour. Kilometres reimbursed at $0.99 per km for work-related travel. Weekly pay cycle for convenience. Superannuation paid in accordance with regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: General knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Experience using professional cleaning products and tools safely and effectively. Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists and customize tasks per client preferences. Strong attention to detail to ensure a meticulous and luxurious finish. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within the scheduled timeframe. Reliability and trustworthiness—our clients depend on discretion and professionalism. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
