The Role:
You’ll support your portfolio of clients with the aim of continuously adding value to their freight solution.
Supporting your portfolio is a dedicated Customer Service/Freight Investigator who will liaise with clients and enquiries on a daily basis.
What You’ll Bring:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in account/relationship management in domestic freight & logistics
– Experience working to and exceeding sales targets
– Effective preparation and execution of business case proposals
– Strong account / relationship management skills
– Effective solutions mindset and negotiation skills
– Excellent communication and an analytical, problem-solving mindset
