ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support our mission by designing, implementing, and maintaining all IT infrastructure across the organisation in a hybrid environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the IT Infrastructure Engineer your responsibilities will include;
- Monitoring and maintaining IT Infrastructure to anticipate issues and facilitate proactive remediation
- Managing system and software updates
- Managing IT infrastructure changes, including testing, evaluation, and user communications
- Designing IT infrastructure solutions (network, server etc)
- Setting and managing computer standards through policy configuration
- Managing backup infrastructure to ensure business continuity
- Managing vendor relationships
- Responding to and resolving escalated incidents and requests internally and/or through external vendors
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in cloud computing, network and server management
- Experience managing back up infrastructure, group policies and IT infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Appropriate working rights and ability to provide satisfactory background checks
