About the Role
We get it – being a property manager can be a real handful! You’ve got rent to collect, maintenance to manage, and new tenants to attract. It can feel like there’s always something going on, right?

Real estate is a constantly evolving field, with new trends, technologies, and strategies popping up all the time. As part of our Property Management team, you’ll start with a small portfolio while also assisting with leasing and inspections. You’ll play an important role in ensuring that every milestone for our clients’ investment properties is met.
We’re looking for someone who knows the fundamentals of property management but wants to grow their expertise and take on new challenges. This role offers variety—you’ll interact with clients, investors, tradespeople, renters, and our internal team daily.

How You’ll Work Within the Team
Our team plays a vital role in our clients’ investment success. The Property Management department oversees properties, manages tenancies, and ensures the highest service standards.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be proactive, able to juggle multiple tasks, and committed to building strong relationships with clients.
Are you a whiz with PropertyMe, Outlook, Inspection Express, Tapi and Inspect Real Estate? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for! But hey, if you’re not familiar with these tools yet, no sweat – we’ll give you all the training you need. Just make sure you’re comfortable with computers and ready to learn new cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving set KPI’s
- Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding the day-to-day management of their properties
- Relationship management
- Repairs and maintenance (but lets be honest we’ll let Tapi do most of the work)
- Compliance
- Rental reviews
- Managing Tenancy Arrears
- Entries/Exits and Routine Inspections
- Saturday open homes (not guaranteed to be every week)
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
- ✔ You have a few years of property management experience and a strong understanding of the basics
- ✔ A passion for people and property investment
- ✔ A current driver’s license & reliable car
- ✔ A real estate certificate
