As a Tarocash leader you:
· Are passionate about menswear and providing an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer.
· Have management experience with proven ability to exceed sales and KPI targets both personally and through your team.
· Can identify opportunities in store to maximise sales.
· Have the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team.
· Can lead from the front and support our company’s culture and values.
· Have good time management and can execute company directives in a swift and through manner; with a keen eye for detail.
· Have a can-do attitude that thrives in a team environment.
