We are seeking passionate and experienced Duty Managers to assist in the smooth running of the Front Office department to ensure unique and nurturing guest experiences. Our Duty Managers will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Duty Manager will work closely with other departments and help guide, train and motivate team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise team members, lead and encourage others and leads by example
  • Ensure that all guests needs are met and that guest satisfaction is consistently maintained
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all goals and objectives are met
  • Manage inventory and supplies, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience is a similar role within a luxury brand environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
