Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team!

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between technical insights and strategic marketing efforts, driving the promotion, communication, and execution of renewable energy projects. You will assist the Business Development Manager drive client engagement and strategic partnerships through effective communication and marketing strategies. This position includes managing day-to-day activities and providing administrative support within the office, as well as planning and coordinating corporate events.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute positioning and digital strategies, including improving the company website and managing and optimizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Provide internal communication support, including conducting interviews, sharing group company news, managing newsletters, promoting essential content related to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), the company’s code of conduct, and other internal communications.
  • Handle email marketing campaigns and personalized communication efforts to engage target audiences.
  • Manage the creation of press releases, maintain relationships with the industry press, and ensure proper validation of content both locally and in coordination with the Madrid office.
  • Interact with industry clusters (the Chamber of Commerce, the Clean Energy Council, etc.) to foster relationships and collaborations within the sector.
  • Conduct research on potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities with local universities.
  • Plan and manage the company’s participation in industry trade shows and key events.
  • Create corporate videos for each project and maintain a comprehensive image bank.
  • Manage corporate merchandising, including items such as mugs, pens, notebooks, and other branded materials.
  • Identify, engage and follow up with key contacts, and prepare commercial materials to support meetings and engagements.
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed reports on industry trends, business opportunities, and competitive analysis to inform marketing and communication strategies..
  • Conduct and provide data analysis to support decision-making in pre-sales activities to optimize business development efforts.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee corporate events including presentations and conferences, coordinating with suppliers and participants.
  • Provide administrative support by managing office organization and coordinating internal logistics.
  • Fulfil other duties as required by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Commerce, Marketing, or Public Relations preferred.
  • Proven experience with graphic design, content creation and digital marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing coordination.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers/customers/clients, collaborative nature and great with numbers.
  • Proven experience in event organisation and pre-sales.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads and Meta Ads advantageous.

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong understanding of office management and business processes with high attention to details.
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and solve problems.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with a variety of technical disciples and professional backgrounds to deliver project outcomes.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills across the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Tools, and Social Media Ads.
  • People orientated with a positive attitude and the desire to help with the ability to maintain a positive, patient, and professional attitude at all times.
