Description:
This role is aimed at people who have recently graduated.
The role is important for supporting, optimising, and enhancing the quality of services provided to Community Living & Respite Services (CLRS) clients. Success in this role is achieved through collaboration as part of the operational management team and engagement with other internal stakeholders. Key skills for this role include communication, empathy, organisation, evaluation and analysis, report writing, and problem-solving.
The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
• Quality Assurance and Improvement
• System Analysis and Optimisation
• Data Management and Reporting
• Change Management and Other
It is acknowledged that applicants may not initially have all the necessary skills and knowledge. Nonetheless, successful candidates are expected to commit to developing these skills through training, coaching, and hands-on experience in the sector.
Employment Type : Fixed term 12 months, with potential to become ongoing.
Hours : Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week
Work Location : Preference for Echuca based option for negotiation hybrid arrangement, there will be a requirement to visit all CLRS houses and other work locations from time to time.
