About the Centre
Nathalia Sports and Community Centre is a community stadium available for hire by community, sporting and school groups. The single-court stadium can facilitate a range of sports, including basketball, volleyball, netball and indoor soccer. There are squash courts and meeting rooms available for hire. The stadium is also ideal for performing arts concerts, with an optional stage set-up and dressing rooms to the side of the stadium.
About the Role
The Stadium Coordinator will manage and lead teams across the Moira Stadiums ensuring the delivery of the programs and services meets agreed standards. They will lead, inspire, and motivate teams through clear and achievable team goals and ensure high standards of community activation.
You will actively engage with various user groups ensuring their booking requirements are met, while also been responsible for the invoicing and reporting of bookings at our site.
The successful applicant will also actively work with management and the council to ensure the delivery of Moira's recreation strategy.
This is a part-time position (22 hrs per week) with a starting hourly rate of $31.92 + super, experience dependent.
About You
- Sport and Recreation and / or Facility Operations experience
- Relevant diploma or equivalent (desired)
