About the role:We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Account Director to join our team.In a nutshell, you will be directing the client relationship and workstreams with clear business and brand understanding and be responsible for driving effective brand solutions and delivering growth on annual revenue target for each client.
Key Responsibilities:· Client Relationship: Build strong client relationships, broaden project scope, and drive brand impact.· Commercial Awareness & Responsibility: Ensure cost-effective project delivery, meet profitability targets, and pursue revenue growth with existing and new clients.· Project Management: Oversee efficient project execution, managing large strategic projects end-to-end. Take ownership of briefs, ensuring they are clear and strategically sound for high-quality work outcomes.· Team Working: Provide clear guidance, foster a collaborative environment, mentor team members, and manage workload concerns.· Strategic Expertise: Always looking beyond the brief to understand and solve the business problem.
Skills & Experience:· Brand Expertise: Deep understanding of the brand, market, and strategy to inform projects and guide creative direction.· Strategic Thinking: Demonstrates strong strategic understanding of clients' goals and objectives in a business and brand context.· Core Skills (Communication, Presentation, Negotiation): Proactively communicate, knowing how to and effectively sell in work, write convincingly, negotiate complex proposals, and justify project value to clients.· Financial responsibilities including monthly billing, forecasting and updating clients on monthly billing and expenses in order to deliver profitable client relationships.· Managing a diverse client portfolio· Comfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, making commercial decisions and problem solving· Team player with strong interpersonal and organisation skills
