We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead our claims team, ensuring fair, efficient, and timely resolutions while delivering exceptional client service. What You’ll Do
Customer Advocacy & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary advocate for clients throughout the claims process, ensuring fair and favorable outcomes.
- Provide clear, transparent communication to clients, keeping them informed at every stage of their claims.
- Maintain a100% client satisfaction rating, ensuring a seamless and stress-free claims experience.
Problem-Solving & Claims Optimisation
- Work closely with insurers, loss adjusters, and legal experts to secure optimal claim outcomes for clients.
- Look for ways to make sure events are insured and ensure insurers paying what out clients are legally entitled to in settlement
- Implement Process Improvements that reduce claim settlement times and develop strategy which minimises disputes and ensures smooth settlements
Technical Capability & Compliance
- Lead the claims team, providing technical training and guidance to ensure 100% accuracy in claim processing.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring all claims are handled in accordance with industry laws and standards.
- Implement process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
What we are looking For
Claims Expertise: 5+ years of experience in insurance claims management, preferably in an insurance brokerage.
Client-Centric Mindset: A strong advocate for customers, ensuring they receive fair and timely claim settlements.
Negotiation & Influence: Proven ability to secure favorable outcomes in insurer negotiations.
Problem-Solving Skills: Track record of implementing claims process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of policy wording, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation.
Leadership Ability: Experience managing and developing a high-performing and efficient claims team.
