About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Manager to work within our ICT Division.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of ICT Infrastructure. The ICT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing technology partners and services providers, as well as leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Your Key Focus
You will establish, manage and lead the development and implementation of Scope’s strategy for network infrastructure services by:
- Monitoring system performance, identifying and trouble shooting issues and implementing preventative maintenance measures
- Evaluating and adopting new technologies that improve efficiency, security and cot-effectiveness
- Provisioning and managing IT resources, including hardware, software and cloud services
- Developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Thinking strategically and collaborating with other leaders to align Scope’s overall strategy

What We Look For
- Experience though transformation
- Bachelors (or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong understanding of IT security best practice
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
