Role: Sessional Casual Trainer
Pay Range: Starting from $58 per hour + super
Key Institute is an innovative leader in the vocational training sector, committed to empowering students with real skills and valuable training.
We are ready to employ casual Trainers/Assessors to meet the demand for upcoming classes in and around Melbourne. Training may be scheduled across Melbourne. We support trainers to deliver programs in regional areas with accommodation and travel/meal allowances.
We are looking for trainers with real-world experience to share their skills and knowledge with job seekers. If you have a passion for training, this is your chance to make a difference. This role offers an opportunity to inspire and upskill the workforce of tomorrow.
The training involves delivering 2 units of competency over a 1-week program. The units are selected to provide an introduction to an industry sector that could lead to work opportunities or a training a full certificate course. The programs include theory, practical activities, and the potential of a work experience/practice day.
Do you have real knowledge and industry experience to train in the following areas?
- Café worker - introduction to coffee making
- Warehousing operations / Manual handling
- Commercial cleaning
- Hygienic practices for food safety
- Disability support
- Customer service
- Retail sales
- Business / Administration
- Digital literacy
Recruiting preference will be given to applicants with Certificate III & IV industry qualifications and industry experience in the courses we are offering.
To be successful you must have:
Current Training and Assessing Qualification:
- TAE40110 + Upgrade units, or TAE40116 or equivalent,
- Relevant industry experience and industry qualifications related to the training programs listed
Please do not apply unless you have the necessary TAE training qualifications.
