Description:
Our client is a leading national retailer currently seeking a Planning and Design Coordinator to join their expanding Design Development team.
Your new role will see you working closely with the Design Developer Manager and various stakeholder to deliver projects across the businesses national retail network. Working with internal and external consultants you will play a key role in the coordination of projects. You will need to be able to interpret customer briefs and develop project plans from project commencement to launch at a high level to meet objectives, budget direction, site specific needs and direct total project team as required to achieve end store plan.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in managing project time lines and meeting critical key dates
- Management of Internal and External Stakeholders
- Experience in the construction field working with architects and building contractors with highly developed people management & administration skills
- Very detailed knowledge of CAD
- Detailed REVIT knowledge will be well regarded
Our client is offering an initial 12 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based near the Melbourne CBD with a requirement to be onsite 3 days per week.
