Your days will be fun, challenging and varied . Working as part of an established team of professional and skilled educators, you will arrange spaces that inspire children through innovative play-based, and interest focused activities
We provide opportunities for educators to be champions and specialists in the area that inspires them with working groups for sustainability, Auslan, Wellbeing, Reconciliation, Outdoor programming, OHS support and programming development groups.
Our educators are supported with planning time away from the children, mentoring support by experienced supervisors and our Quality Assurance Coordinator and the potential to upskill.
As well as working on your own personal development, you will make a lasting difference to our children and families, not just for now, but far into the future.
You’ll be supported every step of the way.
