We are currently enjoying strong organic growth and as such we are recruiting for a Client Service Administrator to join our team.

As the first point of contact in the organisation your customer service skills must be outstanding and your administration skills exceptional.

This interactive role will require you to perform a variety of administrative tasks including answering

all incoming calls, data entry, office administration, first point of contact of customer service, enquires, accounts, processing and fulfilling orders, direct contact with clients and general administrative duties.

The person we are looking for has the following attitudes:

  • Must be capable of developing systems and processes for all tasks.
  • Practical, polite and efficient written (full English no text messaging shorthand) and oral
  • communication skills.
  • An exceptional eye for detail.
  • Flexible, adaptable and willing to learn on the job and have a ‘do what it takes’ attitude.
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn the operations of office machinery.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
  • Multi‐tasking in an ordered and structured manner.

Core Responsibilities include

  • Answering inbound customer enquiries and responding to customer requests
  • Follow up customer enquiries (outbound)
  • Answering inbound general enquiries and transferring to correct internal staff
  • Front desk reception duties
  • Fulfilling orders with operations:
  • Invoicing orders
  • Set up of new clients/campaigns into the Database
  • Processing data for card orders
  • Dealing with clients and fulfilling their requests
  • Processing card activation files
  • Creating daily reports
  • Updating reports into Xero
  • Maintaining the inventory database

You will possess the following skills

  • Experience working within a customer service and administrative environment
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Experience with XERO (preferable virtual merchant)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Working knowledge of Adobe suite
  • A strong work ethic, with an ability to consistently deliver to deadlines
  • Work within a team, but also work autonomously
  • Flexible and amiable nature
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and ever evolving environment
