Receptionist / Administration AssistantAre you a friendly and organised individual with a passion for providing high-quality customer service? If you are, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a vital part of our dynamic real estate team, as a Full-time Receptionist/Administration Assistant. (Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Our offices are based in Essendon, Keilor East and Gladstone Park and this is a great opportunity for newcomers keen to start their real estate career. As a receptionist you are the first point of contact for our valued and prospective clients, you will handle enquiries in a professional and friendly manner. In addition to the usual reception duties, you will provide administrative support to our wonderful team.
- You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in an administrative role preferably, within the real estate but not essential.
- You have a professional demeanour and pride yourself on providing exemplary customer service.
- You are proactive and pre-empt the needs of your team, streamlining administrative processes wherever possible.
- You will be an excellent multi-tasker who always works to a high standard, maintaining high attention to detail when working under pressure, to tight deadlines.
