About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, your mission is to build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they get the most value from our products. You’ll drive retention, increase product adoption, and identify opportunities for expansion. Ultimately, you’ll help turn our customers into raving fans.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Managing a portfolio of customers, driving adoption and satisfaction

✅ Building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders

✅ Understanding customers’ procurement needs and identifying how our platform can help

✅ Ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction (CSAT)

✅ Identifying expansion opportunities and passing leads to the Account Management team

✅ Keeping customer interactions up to date in our Customer Success Platform

✅ Occasionally traveling for onsite visits and events

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role

A strong understanding of procurement processes or experience working with government clients (a plus, but not essential)

Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B solutions

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive, problem-solving mindset—someone who thrives on helping customers succeed
