Brite is an NDIS provider and has operated in Broadmeadows for over 40 years. We currently employ 160 people with disability. In addition, we offer a wide range of support services to further develop our employees’ capabilities to access improved social and economic opportunities in the community.


About the role:

Reporting to the Manager Brite Institute, the Industry Experience Support Officer is responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of student field experience across:

  • Hospitality
  • Horticulture
  • Warehousing
  • Business Administration
  • Small Business

We are excited about you because you have:
Relevant qualification in either Hospitality, Horticulture, Warehousing, Small Business/Administraton or related discipline and high-level relevant experience in a similar role in the VET sector. Please provide your demonstrated experience in any of these fields in a cover letter.


About you:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to manage critical and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience working both independently and as a team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to collaborate and work in a diverse environment.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Solutions driven with a continuous improvement mind-set.

Things we will require from you:

Relevant compliance documents including:

  • Current drivers’ licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children check
  • Certified vocational qualifications and certified transcripts (as listed in resume and relevant to the position)
  • Appropriate qualifications and or experience
