Description:
Tesla is looking for a Senior Counsel, Energy Products (APAC), based in our Sydney or Melbourne offices, to support the growth of our business in the Asia-Pacific region.
This role will focus on major projects, construction, corporate and other related matters with an emphasis on our commercial & industrial and utility-scale solar and energy storage businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the wider APAC region, as well as our retail energy business in Australia.
You will also support our International Corporate team with establishing and administering local subsidiary companies.
Our ideal candidate would have a background in (energy-focused) renewable energy equipment sales and service, project development, real estate, construction, corporate and finance deal work and be passionate about accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
As this is an APAC-regional role, fluency in spoken and written Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) or other APAC regional languages would be highly valuable.
