As Chief of Staff, you are a lifelong learner with a bias for action. Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Establish and maintain an operating cadence, ensuring strategic priorities and goals are clearly communicated and effectively executed.

Vision to Action: Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable strategies, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights and operational foresight.

Operational Excellence: Autonomously solve complex challenges, implement solutions, and facilitate timely decision-making to ensure organizational efficiency.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, Athena Executive Partners, and external stakeholders to enhance responsiveness and cross-functional alignment.

High-Impact Initiatives: Lead the development and execution of high-priority projects, including early-stage ideas that drive future growth.

Bachelor’s degree with 5-15+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or leadership role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Strong business judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex scenarios for executive audiences.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing relationships across internal teams and external partners.

Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Experience reporting directly to C-suite executives or in client-facing leadership roles.

Background in consulting, technology, or other fast-paced industries.

All Chief of Staff positions are remote.

Ability to work North American hours year-round.
