Data & AI team within Accenture Song focuses on helping clients drive Marketing performance optimization through deep customer insights and implementation of the latest Data & AI capabilities across the Marketing and Service value chain. The team collaborates with clients to accelerate the experimentation lifecycle, deepen understanding of key customer value drivers, improve business outcomes, and drive innovation across industries.

We are seeking expression of interest for Customer Data & AI Consultants for this role.

As a Customer Data & AI Consultant , you will :

Project Delivery : Drive the creation of content and deliverables necessary for project completion using the latest data and technology trends, completing project plans, schedules, and monitoring performance.

Advanced Analytics: Develop current or former proficiency in Advanced Data Analytics and/or AI modelling.

Strategic Vision: Support exceptional client delivery in formulating and implementing long-term Data Analytics and Strategy projects with a sharp focus on business outcomes.

Execution: Deliver on a balanced set of metrics including customer relationship, sales & profitability, people development and capability building.

Business analysis : Analyse business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions by collaborating with project team and client.
Here’s what you will need:
-
Proven experience in a consulting or business environment, preferably in a role that involves advanced data analysis and reporting.

Proven experience using programming languages such as SQL, R and Python and/or proficiency using tools like Tableau and Power BI
-
Comfortable supporting business development activity in response to specific client opportunities or requests – contribute a point of view to proposals and support creation of content and deliverables.

Experience working on customer-centric projects in a top tier consulting firm or internal marketing strategy team.
