DXC Practice for Oracle is the largest independent provider of Oracle consulting and managed services in Australia and New Zealand. DXC Practice for Oracle provides dynamic technology leadership in delivering Oracle Cloud solutions, with a full continuum of services around Oracle’s integrated suite of applications, platform services, and engineered systems.
The Role
We are looking to employ a high calibre, experienced and passionate individual to augment our ERP Cloud capability across ANZ, leveraging the full breadth of Oracle technologies and solutions, in conjunction with our methodologies, frameworks and tooling’s – this role is offered on a permanent full-time capacity based in our Melbourne office (will consider other locations for the right candidate).
In this role, the successful candidate will be driving strategic client business solutions, focused on the modernisation of client’s technology using ERP Cloud as well as some delivery for business insights and quality assurance on larger projects.
Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Definition of the solution, offering and go to market for the Cloud migration / accelerators to Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Pre-sales: Working with the regional sales team to identify and qualify opportunities and attending customer/prospect meetings, providing inputs into proposals for the practice, and presenting and/or demonstrating their solution as part of bid presentations
- Practice Growth: Developing and executing on the pipeline of work generated, identification of key resources in the marketplace to build and drive capabilities.
- Delivery excellence: Ensuring there is a consistent and repeatable methodology for the delivery of projects, delivering business insights and providing QA services to key projects.
Experience Required
- Extensive experience in the articulation of strategic client solutions using Oracle Cloud offerings
- Proven experience in medium to large scale transformation projects
- Solid experience in providing solution leadership across Oracle Cloud Applications and Platforms
- Strong background in building strategy, supporting sales and pre-sales by providing input into bids and proposals for Oracle Cloud apps.
- Standout stakeholder management experience and a relationship builder by nature to ensure real collaboration with clients.
