The Opportunity
Our Sales & Management Program is your blueprint for success. You’ll start with the essentials and build your way to leading your own team—all while earning, growing, and making an impact.
Here’s the path:
- Entry-Level Sales Rep – Learn the ropes, smash sales, and build confidence.
- Senior Sales Agent – Step up, lead by example, and access uncapped commissions.
- Sales Trainer – Teach others to succeed while refining your leadership skills.
- Team Leader – Run your own squad of 5 and build your leadership experience.
- Executive Manager – Oversee a team of 10 and develop backend management skills.
- Campaign Manager – Own a campaign, lead a team, and prove you’ve got what it takes to drive results.
