The Role:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- General administrative tasks
- Handling telephone calls and taking messages
- Appointment bookings
- Taking payments eftpos
- Filing
- Preparing and collating documents
- Assisting the accounts department.
- Monday - Friday (5 days), 9-5 pm
What you'll need to have:
- A can-do attitude
- Work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Have a good understanding and application of Microsoft (excel / word) and computers
- Have very good communication
- Adaptable
- Multi Tasking
