Duties of a Funeral Director’s Assistant include:
- Support our funeral services through the provision of vehicle and transport services ensuring vehicle presentation is at a high standard at all times.
- Working collaboratively to bring the deceased into our care with dignity and respect.
- Oversee proceedings on the day and ensure pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests on the day are appropriately implemented.
- Strong customer service ethos and commitment to service delivery
- Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people
- Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased
- Possess a full unrestricted driver’s license
