About the Role:
- Manage, lead and develop a team of Technicians and Customer CARe Advisors, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Oversee all aspects of the repair shop, including workflow and ensure repairs are completed on time, to a high standard and in a reasonable timeframe.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Maintain site profitability by monitoring expenses and managing budgets.
- Ensure high quality customer service is provided to all customers.
- Assess vehicles once production have stripped and identify additional parts required.
About You:
- Must have experience managing a repair business. Preferably within a high volume workshop.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
- Passion for cars and delivering high-quality repairs.
- A positive attitude and a love for what you do.
- Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success.
- Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
