We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Repair Centre Managers and Production Managers across the Western suburbs of Sydney to lead our sites. Don’t miss this opportunity to join Australia’s fastest growing, privately owned automotive repair network.

About the Role:

  • Manage, lead and develop a team of Technicians and Customer CARe Advisors, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Oversee all aspects of the repair shop, including workflow and ensure repairs are completed on time, to a high standard and in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Maintain site profitability by monitoring expenses and managing budgets.
  • Ensure high quality customer service is provided to all customers.
  • Assess vehicles once production have stripped and identify additional parts required.

About You:

  • Must have experience managing a repair business. Preferably within a high volume workshop.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
  • Passion for cars and delivering high-quality repairs.
  • A positive attitude and a love for what you do.
  • Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success.
  • Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
