About the Role
Responsibilities for the role include:
- Oversee and ensure the provision of technical support and assistance to Windows-based applications and Windows infrastructure users as required
- Monitor, manage and report on Indue’s applications and systems using established network management tools and procedures
- Provide technical leadership to the team and effectively identify and manage risk associated with the scalability, availability and performance of Windows-based applications and infrastructure, including disaster recovery and backup methods
- Provide operational leadership and guidance to the team on the key objectives, priorities and direction of the department to facilitate the optimal performance and engagement of the team
- Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding products, services and support to resolve application issues
- Participate in the out-of-hours on call roster rotation
About You
You will have all or majority of the following skills and attributes:
- At least 5 years experience in managing Windows OS environments
- At least 2 years experience in leading or mentoring an infrastructure team and demonstrated ability to engage, lead and influence others to achieve optimal team performance
- Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and manage varied client and stakeholder relationships and expectations and within this, provide excellent customer service
- Well-developed problem-solving and technical skills
- Experience in the development of written technical documentation.
