In this role, you’ll cover leave and vacancies, ensuring seamless operations at various locations nationwide
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide relief support to various sites as needed, stepping in for dispensers and managers while on leave or to cover vacancies.
• Ensure the highest standard of service and operational efficiency in every location you work.
• Manage dispensary operations, including dispensing, stock control, and customer service.
• Collaborate with local teams to maintain a seamless experience for customers and staff.
• Travel to different locations as required, offering flexibility and commitment to supporting the business on a national scale.
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified dispenser/manager with previous Optical experience is essential
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a variety of locations and teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel and provide support at various sites across the country.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges.
