The Role: Supply Chain Officer We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading problem-solving initiatives across Inventory and Procurement functions, ensuring effective and efficient operations within the supply chain. You will work closely with the APAC Inventory Controller to standardize processes, support system development, and maintain robust inventory control documentation. Key Duties & Responsibilities : Lead problem-solving efforts across Inventory and Procurement functions.Collaborate with the APAC Inventory Controller to achieve process standardization.Provide expertise in inventory management to support system development initiatives.Create and maintain inventory control processes and associated documentation.Conduct data analysis and generate reports using Business Intelligence tools.Assist in the sourcing and tendering processes for non-battery-related categories.
Further Responsibilities: Provide support to the Planning and Procurement Manager as needed.Triage inventory system issues for Operations and Supply Chain teams.
Minimum Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: A qualification in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or a related field is an advantage.Exceptional time management and critical thinking skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Extensive experience with Warehouse/Logistics Management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience in category management is a plus.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
