Job Title: Rental Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team in the scientific monitoring industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of rental equipment for our customers, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up, cleaning and preparing equipment, accurate billing, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate rental equipment orders from customers
– Ensure accurate and timely delivery and pick-up of rental equipment
– Maintain inventory of rental equipment
– Create and send out invoices to customers
– Address any customer inquiries or issues related to rentals
– Collaborate with sales team to identify potential rental opportunities
Qualifications:
– Associate degree in business administration or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the utilities industry
– Knowledge of rental equipment processes and procedures
– Familiarity with billing software programs
– Valid driver’s license
