About the Role

Conduct in-home design consultations across Central Coast and Newcastle

Use ArtiCAD 3D software to create tailored kitchen designs that wow

Manage the sales process from initial consult through to close

Leverage a proven sales system to meet and exceed KPIs

Flex your schedule to meet customers when it suits them (weekends and evenings included)

Proven experience in in-home, consultative or retail sales

Confident using structured sales techniques to close high-value deals

Able to work autonomously while being part of a supportive sales team

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Flexible, reliable, and motivated to exceed targets
