About the Role As Group Customer Relations Manager , you will be the key point of contact for our high-value clients, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience at every interaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, luxury hospitality experience tailored to their preferences.
- Collaborate with venue teams to maintain exceptional service and brand consistency.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage special requests and provide personalised recommendations.
- A strong background in guest relations, luxury hospitality, or high-end service.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional presence.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to exceeding client expectations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Experience working with VIPs or high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
