Position Overview:
The Credit Officer will be responsible for managing a debtor’s ledger, accurately allocating payments from several sources for numerous business units, processing new account applications, following up on overdue accounts, assisting with the management of claims and ensure the daily allocations are reconciled with the bank account. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Accounting, Credit Control, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-4 years) in credit control and detailed reconciliations/claims management.
- Strong in accurate payment allocations.
- Proficiency in using payment collection tools and software. (Stripe experience highly sought)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Additional hours, particularly at month end to meet business needs.
