Personal Assistant
Are you an experienced personal assistant or an expert in administration seeking a new career opportunity where your input holds significant value?
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide support to the Director at our office located in Port Macquarie.
As Personal Assistant to the Director you will need to be organised and have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be required to work across the entire business on various projects. This is a fast paced role in a rapidly changing environment. This position suits a forward thinking individual. As the personal assistant, you will be responsible for the Director's affairs in all aspects of the business.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Diary management
- Email management
- Call Screening
- Schedule and attend meetings with the Director
- Set meeting agendas, take minutes and set follow up actions
- Manage online filing system
- Organise and/or provide support for company initiated events and activities
- Assist in general office management
- Invoicing and quoting assistance
- Using Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
- Assist the team with administrative tasks
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Ideally you will have:
- Experience in providing efficient assistant support
- High computer literacy
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals and in cross functional teams
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role
