We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strata Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of strata properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with strata regulations. The Strata Manager will work closely with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth running of strata properties.
About the role:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with strata regulations and bylaws
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
- Prepare and present reports to strata councils and owners
- Manage strata council meetings and annual general meetings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to property owners and tenants
- Working as part of the client services team
About You:
- Desirable - Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management or property management
- Certificate of Registration and Strata License
- Strong knowledge of strata regulations and bylaws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
