The Role
As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous brand representation, effective campaigns and sell through of products at all boutiques in Australia.
Based in Sydney CBD, the purpose of this role is the implementation of brand communications strategies, for the purpose of achieving the targets and objectives set by the Company for its promotion and the brands it carries. Marketing requirements include marketing promotions, connecting with media channels, advertising and public relations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Development and evaluation of brand and sales-oriented campaigns across Australia and New Zealand
- Managing relationships with agencies and media channels
- Delivering and coordinating various marketing methods including direct mail, print ads, networking, digital, social media
- Update actual expenditure after each campaign and review ROI
- Analyse actual sales figures to establish marketing & promotional needs of the different/specific product categories/types
- Organising and distributing POS material through the POS retail network
- Develop targeted sales support materials in line with the marketing proposition and product portfolio
- Constantly performing market research for purposes of assessing new and existing products
- Assisting with the yearly preparation of budget and planning of the division
- Preparation of monthly reports as required
Skills and Requirements
The successful applicant will have experience including but not exclusive to:
- Experience in luxury brands or similar environment including a demonstrated ability to identify and develop alternative solutions to problems, to evaluate courses of action and to reach logical conclusions
- Proven track record to effectively drive brand growth
- A tertiary qualification an advantage
- Proven ability at working in a hands-on environment where multitasking ability is paramount
- Planned, organised and effectively distinguishes between low and high priority
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate others
- Ability to take action to achieve goals and go beyond expectation
- Well-developed numerical, written and communication skills
