Position Summary

As a Supervisor / Field Scoper, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and performance monitoring within our projects. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting field assessments, progress assessments, and generating comprehensive survey documentation, including Risk Assessments, SWMS, and progress reports. Proficiency in computing, especially with Microsoft Excel, is essential. A solid understanding of WHS Legislation and Work Safe NSW Regulations is required. Additionally, you will be responsible for effective subcontractor management to ensure adherence to performance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field assessments and progress assessments to ensure compliance and maintain quality assurance.
  • Produce professional survey documentation, encompassing internal and external property repairs and restoration maintenance, including Risk Assessments, SWMS, and progress reports.
  • Demonstrate strong computing skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Possess a deep understanding of WHS Legislation and Work Safe NSW Regulations.
  • Effectively communicate with and manage subcontractors to ensure performance and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of three years' experience in building and onsite management, particularly in internal and external building work.
  • Prior experience with Department of Housing projects will be highly regarded.
  • Present oneself in a highly professional manner with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and a problem solver with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and innovate in a high-pressure environment while collaborating within a team to prioritise customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly to changes and proactively identify solutions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel under pressure.
